RAPP Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Experience Strategist to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team.

RAPP is an integral part of Omnicoms Precision Marketing Group, comprising 4,000 creatives, technologists, strategists, & data & marketing scientists across 40 global markets. 

YOUR ROLE:

Using a data-driven approach youll architect customer journeys, illuminating opportunities for engagement & delivering deep customer value when it matters most. Your insights help us understand what moments in the journey we must win, what information customers are looking for, what channels they use & who influences their decision. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The role must lead communication strategy development that delivers on these insights, generating & nurturing leads effectively across the decision process.
  • The ideal candidate brings passion & energy for developing marketing platforms (beyond campaigns) that utilize CRM principles & evolve them to fit our always-on, smart digital world.
  • Develop deep insights into customer beliefs, attitudes, barriers & drivers across the entire customer journey, leveraging secondary & primary research & social media listening.
  • Design customer experience programs using a multitude of channels & platforms as appropriate including email, direct mail, mobile & social.
  • Develop content strategy for new campaigns that engages customers & helps them to change behavior.
  • Develop creative briefs & brief internal teams.
  • Work with creative teams to inspires great work through lateral thinking, knowledge of channel & industry best practices & actionable strategies informed by meaningful data insights.
  • Develop business rules for complex CRM campaign, communicate to internal technology team, & QA programmed journeys to ensure business rules have been correctly implemented.
  • Collaborate closely with other vendors & agency partners to ensure strategic consistency across program elements.
  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing Sciences team to establish KPIs & define the learning & testing agenda.
  • Work with Marketing Sciences team to maintain strong understanding of results & identify areas for optimization.
  • Present recommendations to client.
  • Maintain up-to-date of knowledge of evolving CRM best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning at an agency.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM & prior experience developing business rules.
  • Data-driven, critical thinking marketer who has an ability to distinguish signals from noise, whether in campaign-building or in post-send analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & development of Powerpoint or Keynote presentations.
  • Excellent writing & editing skills with strict attention to detail.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections & collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Los Angeles & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
