We are seeking a high-velocity, precision-focused Global Scheduler for a contract role supporting two of our most active teams. You will be the logistical engine behind complex meeting coordination for a specialized confidential task force working on a high-profile global initiative, as well as our Global Corporate Development group.
This is not a standard administrative role; it is a "Super Scheduler" position for someone who thrives on navigating the intricate organizational structures of major entertainment entities & global corporate partners across North America & Asia.
