What is the key purpose of a Publisher Sales Manager? 

As a Publisher Sales Manager you will  secure new publishers by sourcing & structuring partnerships independently.   We are looking for an experienced, dynamic & deal-oriented sales professional to help us build our network of publishers in Latin America. Taboola recommends editorial & sponsored content across many of the worlds most highly-trafficked sites. We help publishers monetize their content & drive higher engagement. We enable brands to surface their content to the right audience at scale & above all, we help people discover content they may like yet never knew existed.

What skills & qualifications do I need?

 For this role it is essential that you:

  • Experience structuring, negotiating & closing deals with online publishers or media companies in the LATAM market
  • Independently building, pursuing & closing a large pipeline of leads 
  • Technology savvy, with the ability to learn what is needed to support a deals successful implementation & optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment, consistently learn, adapt, & develop new relationships
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish 

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a fast-moving technology company, no 2 days will ever be the same at Taboola. As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will: 

  • Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product without digressing from a coherent product message & overall strategy
  • Manage a robust pipeline & accurately forecast new business closure rate & revenue booked
  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them & close deals.
  • Manage presentations, build relationships & negotiate contracts
  • Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations & ensure successful implementation of our platform & technology
  • Work closely with the account management team to manage & develop long-term client relationships
  • Proactively seek market feedback on the Taboola platform & work with product team to help develop market-leading functionality
