About The Team:
This role of an operational excellence engineer is to drive operational efficiency & quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices & skill to meet or exceed business objectives & customer expectations. The role drives change through people & processes to advance the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Role modelling the companys DNA & team FRESH Values, inspiring others to do the same. Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Leading transformation projects to deliver value for the business in line with OKRs.
• Leading change initiatives to implement new equipment, processes, technologies, or systems, & ensuring successful adoption & integration across the organisation.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, & to the highest quality standards.
• Identifying & mitigating project & operational risks by implementing preventive measures & controls to ensure smooth delivery & minimise disruptions.
• Developing comprehensive project plans & other necessary project documentation, such as progress reports & technical documents, in line with standards.
• Monitoring project progress & identify potential issues or delays.
• Collaborating & managing a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure the successful delivery & implementation of projects.

Who You Are:

• Evidence of leading & controlling cross functional projects
• 2+ years of project management or project implementation experience or a similar role
• Working with external suppliers
• Excellent leadership & project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Project Management certification  STEM Degree would be a plus
