The Finance Team supports & empowers Palantirians through day-to-day operations & creative problem-solving. The Payroll Reporting & Tax Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy & compliance of all payroll-related matters, including but not limited to the reconciliation, filing, & reporting of Federal, State, & Local taxes on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally - designing, driving, & implementing continuous workflow & compliance improvements.
