About The Team:
This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be, on time & in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers & customers taking on sole responsibly for the final mile/home delivery. The Operations Coordinator will be site-based & hands-on, these roles are responsible for the day-to-day delivery execution, live vehicle management, route readiness, real-time issue handling, & first-line driver engagement. They keep the wheels turning.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Proactively identify & escalate critical issues, while driving long-term improvements by prioritising sustainable, practical solutions
- Keep cost & service top of mind in every operational decision
- Unload inbound trailers as they arrive, ensuring boxes are correctly placed & sequenced for delivery
- Stay focused on the end goal ensuring a happy customer
- Be ready to jump in when needed; this is a role for someone who leads from the floor, not the sidelines
Who You Are:
- It is essential you are Fork Lift Truck trained with counterbalance experience
- Extensive experience in logistics, transport, or home delivery operations
- Strong organisational & multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment
- A clear communicator who builds good relationships & follows up on actions
- A positive, solutions-first attitude with a hands-on approach

Location: 620 Warrington Rd, Risley, Croft, Warrington WA3 6BE
Shifts: 40 hour working week with a fixed shift pattern of Saturday 2am-9am, Sunday 12am-10am, Monday 12am-10am, Tuesday 2am-9am, Wednesday 2am-9am
