What You Will Do:
Were hiring an Enterprise Account Executive "Major Account Director" to lead growth in the NY territory by acquiring & expanding relationships with strategic enterprise customers.
This is a hunter-first role, built for reps who thrive on breaking into complex accounts & driving value through insight-led selling. Youll be targeting major enterprises with the support of best-in-class enablement, a world-class sales engineering team, & a cybersecurity platform that truly differentiates in the market.
Youll report directly to the VP of Sales, Major Accounts & carry a quota of $1M+ in new ARR, with uncapped upside & strong accelerators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own & drive a territory of major enterprise accounts in the NY Tri-State area.
- Prospect, build, & close complex deals by engaging security & risk leadership
- Lead with insight to identify use cases & drive urgency with new buyers
- Run strategic account plans & orchestrate multi-threaded deals across large buying groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, & Customer Success to close deals & ensure value delivery post-sale
- Maintain accurate forecasting & pipeline discipline in Salesforce

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on hunting & landing new logos
- 5+ years in cybersecurity or risk solutions preferred
- Demonstrated success consistently exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multithreading, & navigating large buying committees
- Strong executive presence with an ability to build trust quickly
- Knowledge of Salesforce & modern sales tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.)

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $275,000 - $300,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
