Green Chef is on a mission to make healthy eating accessible for everyone - regardless of dietary needs, cooking skills, or lifestyle constraints. As the Growth Marketing Manager, youll play a key role in accelerating our next phase of growth by driving profitable customer acquisition & retention strategies across the customer lifecycle, primarily former & active customer segments, to grow total market share, optimize customer experience & reinforce our position as the #1 solution for clean eating.

The ideal candidate has experience across a broad range of channels: CRM & Paid, & customer stages: across the lifecycle. In this highly cross-functional role, youll blend customer-centric, innovative thinking with analytical rigor & project management excellence, working in close collaboration with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Analytics, Finance, Pricing & Discounts, & Product teams to ensure Green Chef continues to reach the right customers with the right message at the right time. The role reports to the Marketing Director of Green Chef & directly impacts customer acquisition, long-term profitability for HelloFreshs most premium meal kit offering & most importantly, the health & wellness of our customers. 

You will

  • Develop, test & implement customer-centric, data-driven growth marketing strategy across select customer segments e.g. Former & Active 
  • Lead strategy & execution across select growth channels, optimize for quality conversions;  & customers; channel mix to include CRM & Paid channels. 
  • Manage external partners & internal collaborators to deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through execution & optimization
  • Develop, brief, & review creative assets & messaging in partnership with the Product Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with brand & performance goals
  • With Green Chef Growth Team & Channel Leads, manage day-to-day steering of marketing channels to hit KPIs 
  • Regularly audit campaigns, collect learnings & leverage those insights to actively optimize & refine strategy on an ongoing basis 
  • Identify & explore new marketing opportunities that align with business goals, serving as a generalist marketer & agile problem-solver
  • Regularly audit & identify opportunities within customer retention 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, new growth tactics & Gen-AI opportunities to fuel innovation & differentiation

You are

  • 45 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth consumer brand or agency with a focus on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models
  • Demonstrated success managing paid marketing channels & campaigns, with measurable results tied to CAC, ROI or LTV
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets & comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus. You use data to drive decisionstracking metrics like CAC, CVR, CLV, & retention to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Highly organized with strong project management & communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities & cross-functional teams

  • Customer-Obsessed: You deeply understand customer needs & turn insights into impactful marketing strategies that drive satisfaction & growth.
