About the Role:

Rockerbox is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive operational excellence in our customer onboarding process. This isnt a traditional PM roleyou wont be building Gantt charts in isolation. Youll be at the center of fast-paced, cross-functional onboarding efforts, ensuring timelines are met, blockers are surfaced, & customers feel confident & supported throughout the process.

While onboarding leads are responsible for technical implementation, youll own the orchestration: managing trackers, aligning internal stakeholders, communicating updates to customers, & creating the systems that make onboarding more efficient, predictable, & scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, & continuously improve onboarding project plans & status trackers across MTA & MMM implementations.
• Own timeline management & progress tracking across onboarding workstreams.
• Coordinate across internal teamsCustomer Success, Product, Engineering, Data Science, & Professional Servicesto keep milestones on track.
• Lead customer-facing onboarding status calls, bringing in the right internal experts to speak to technical details as needed.
• Own all customer communications related to project timelines, status updates, & open items.
• Align onboarding timelines with customer teams based on their internal resourcing & priorities.
• Proactively identify & escalate risks or blockers to ensure momentum is maintained.
• Design & refine the systems, workflows, & documentation that support scalable, high-quality onboarding.

Who You Are:

• 25 years of experience in a technical project management role in a customer-facing capacity.
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail; you're the type who never lets a follow-up slip through the cracks.
• Clear, confident communicatorboth written & verbalwith a knack for managing expectations & building trust.
• Comfortable working with technical products & asking clarifying questions to unblock ambiguity.
• Excited to build & improve systems; you dont just follow the playbookyou help write it.
• Collaborative team player who works well across functions.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
• Martech or adtech experience is a strong plus.

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$86,000 - $149,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits.
