We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Restaurant team to redefine the experience diners have on Tripadvisor when looking for the next restaurant to dine at.  You will have the opportunity to define the vision for your features, build a roadmap, & lead a cross-functional team to deliver delightful experiences for users.

The Senior Product Manager is a strategic, user-centric, & use hypothesis-driven approaches. You have a bias for action, are motivated by delivering results, & are passionate about solving customer problems. You are a delightful paradox - artist & mathematician, a leaper & a grinder, & able to think about this sprint & the next quarters roadmap simultaneously.

What You'll Do:

• Understand & influence the product strategy of the new Restaurant experience on Tripadvisor
• Develop requirements & specifications informed by the product strategy, competitive positioning, customer feedback, technical feasibility, & your unique insight.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning a roadmap with multiple features from conception through launch to maturity & support.
• Embrace hypothesis testing methodology: work with Data Science, Analytics, & Engineering to define, build, & launch tests, internalize the learnings, & iterate to find & roll out wins.
• Be data-driven - always keep your metrics & measurement in mind. Wherever possible, use data to inform & strengthen your argument. Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves & diving into the data.

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of high-scale internet product management experience. Experience with two-sided platforms, international expansion, or Machine Learning driven products is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, & decision-making skills. Able to ask the right questions, interpret data & trends, diagnose problems, & formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
• Strong user-centricity & creative skills. Able to dive into the complex design tradeoffs of consumer products & evolve creative ways to unlock user value.
• Good business judgment when making decisions & understanding the relevance/impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team & the business
• Self-motivation, autonomy, & tenacity - you have a track record of taking on complex & broad problem sets, creating structure, mobilizing teams, & pushing forward through challenges. All while staying transparent & knowing when to ask for help.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with various audiences across different seniority levels & a spectrum of functions.
• High attention to detail & the ability to effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Comfortable with & adaptable to change. We work in an innovative fast-growth environment where products & processes evolve rapidly.
• Teamwork skills are essential because we are better together

The salary range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employees pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, & business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
