The Wattpad WEBTOON Studios Legal department is seeking a temporary Contract Administrator for 4-6 months. This role will be crucial in supporting the rapid growth of the WWS business by overseeing contract management related to our entertainment, publishing & merchandising divisions, including drafting, contract review & analysis, info memos, data organization, status updates, execution processes, & administration. The Contract Administrator will also play a key role in financial tracking by handling IP-related invoicing, ensuring accurate legal operations, & assisting with rights management payments. Additionally, they will provide support on a range of legal projects, including compliance, audits, & data integrity, contributing to the overall efficiency & effectiveness of the legal team.
