About the Role
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for both advanced administrative configuration & technical development within Salesforce across all company channels. This role balances day-to-day administration with the ability to design & implement advanced solutions that go beyond declarative method.
This individual manages individual projects & also contributes as a key member of Salesforce deployment teams. They actively promote system health, security, & data integrity by identifying potential issues, troubleshooting errors, & implementing sustainable fixes.
The role requires the ability to perform deep analysis of system logs, diagnose process inefficiencies, & recommend or execute improvements. The ideal candidate has proven experience in Salesforce architecture, data management, APEX development, & platform best practices, as well as supporting DataOps processes. This person supports both simple & complex deployments, assists administrators with advanced projects, & ensures that Salesforce remains scalable & aligned with business needs.
