Reporting to the Office Manager in TheFork, the Senior Office Experience Coordinator has a key role in the company to help with the office & work events organization & increase the employees satisfaction. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun & amicable person that loves to work with people & has exceptional organization & coordination skills.

Key responsabilities

  • Manage the reception, becoming the welcoming face to all our employees, clients & visitors & will liaise with staff & suppliers.

  • Overseeing & handling of installation, equipment, providers of office material, cleaning service, catering services, etc.

  • Maintaining proper stock levels 

  • Manage daily facilities & operations to ensure team satisfaction is at the highest level : 

    • Solving or reporting issues as they arise

    • Make internal processes more effective & efficient.

  • Taking care of the daily administration basics & financial reporting assisting the accountant with invoicing  & to justify all purchases

  • Management of relationships with vendors & service providers for the correct logistics of the office: Challenge & renegotiate providers rates regularly

  • Be the referent person for travel reservations for management & office staff 

  • Work closely with all the OfficeX team members of the other TheFork offices around the world to optimise the resources & procedures of the department.

  • Being a strong support for the Office Manager on corporate events: afterworks, team buildings, management seminar, global conventions, etc.

This job is for you if you have:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the same position in a similar environment & similar sized company.

  • A positive & friendly attitude 

  • An excellent time management skills & prioritise work

  • An experience in the event organization (and so have strong organisational & planning skills)

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels and
    good communication skills

  • You are an attention to detail, proactive & problem solving person

  • Autonomous in your work & you like to take initiatives

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both languages)

  • Flexibility & ability to work in a dynamic & changing environment
