The Box Content Cloud is ideally positioned to help enterprises transform how people manage their content & execute their mission-critical workflows. As a product marketer for key enterprise content management & workflow capabilities at Box, you're responsible for developing positioning, messaging, & integrated go-to-market plans to drive awareness & adoption, & have fun while doing so! You'll collaborate with various teams including product management, business development, sales, & customer success to deliver exceptional value to our customers. And youll help define what the future of work looks like both at Box & for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop & drive the overall go-to-market plan for enterprise content management, metadata & workflow capabilities including product launches, pricing/packaging, positioning/messaging & field enablement

  • Develop compelling, differentiated messaging, with a clear understanding of the target customer/audience, competition & the use cases we are able to address

  • Manage & execute the cross-functional implementation of the product launch plan partnering with Brand, PR, demand generation teams

  • Develop content for external marketing channels (blog posts, presentations, 1-pagers, e-books, thought leadership) as well as for GTM team enablement (outbound plays, battle cards, pitch decks, webpages, call scripts, email templates) 

  • Engage directly with prospects & customers to learn about their ECM, content, metadata & workflow needs, & educate them about the Box Content Cloud 

  • Actively partner with the product team & influence the product roadmap based on customer insight, market research, customer adoption, & market awareness

  • Contribute to analyst briefings, evaluations & reports to establish the Box Content Cloud as a market leader

  • Above all else, you will serve as a passionate advocate & collaborative leader who brings together marketing, sales, customer success, & product teams to drive business results
