Seeking to hire a Contractor based out of Mexico, Costa Rica, or Colombia for Renewal Specialist services. As a contractor, this role will work across Newselas Customer Success organization to help scale & streamline Newselas renewal operations for schools & small districts.

Scope of Services:

  • Maintain Book of Business
    • Own book of business, owning end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of school & small dstructs across approximately 500 accounts. 
  • Quote Generation Automation
    • Youll own & improve our automated quote generation workflows, helping ensure customers receive accurate quotes quickly.
    • Own the renewal, expansion & risk mitigation experience for a defined set of accounts
    • Support & scale our quote generation process for schools & small districts
    • Help evaluate & implement tools that enhance automation & price estimation
  • Customer Documentation & Communication
    • Youll ensure data integrity & a seamless customer experience throughout the renewal process.
    • Maintain accurate subscription, contact, & quote information in various record systems
    • Communicate with customers to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, & escalate issues when needed
    • Complete assigned Gainsight tasks & surveys on time
  • Renewal Program Optimization
    • Youll bring a critical eye to our renewal strategy & processes.
    • Contribute ideas & feedback on how we can improve the customer renewal journey
    • Identify ways to increase efficiency & reduce churn
    • Support cross-functional efforts to evolve renewal communications & documentation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Youll work with internal stakeholders across CS, Sales Optimization, & RevOps.
    • Act as a key liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment
    • Help pilot improvements & share insights from your work to shape broader processes

Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in English, both written & verbal
  • 6+ months of experience in a SaaS or EdTech environment in roles such as Sales Development Rep, Renewals Rep, or Business Development. 
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work
  • Experience owning a book of business or managing account-based workflows preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Gainsight preferred
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently & collaboratively
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, & eager to improve how things get done
  • Fluent in English & ability to work US Hours
