Join Critical Mass as our Media Billing & Reconciliation Coordinator!  In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Finance Analyst team, ensuring accurate & timely invoicing for our clients, & maintaining meticulous records of media budgets & vendor transactions.  If you have a passion for finance, exceptional attention to detail, & thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply & become an integral part of our team.

You will:

  • Support the Finance Analyst team in client invoicing activities, particularly during month-end peaks, & manage daily time & billing system administration
  • Maintain oversight of client media budgets & requirements & develop & communicate media billing schedules
  • Review & audit Media Authorization Forms alongside related vendor invoices.
  • Provide support for SOX Testing, including documentation & assistance with selected samples
  • Reconcile client billing & vendor invoices within the finance system
  • Manage supporting backup documentation for month-end reconciliation
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as necessary for internal & external purposes

You have:

  • Diploma or Degree with a focus on accounting, or currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong accounting knowledge complemented by robust technical skills.
  • Proficient in keyboarding & data entry
  • Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with financial accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated & capable of working with minimal supervision
