Why Box needs you:

The Web Product Team develops product experiences for Box, in direct partnership with our Mobile & Desktop teams. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager II to execute on the vision, roadmap, design, & delivery of our world class end-user experiences - continuing our commitment to create product experiences that strongly set Box apart from competitors. Seamless collaboration is one of Box's core company pillars, & this is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of Box by implementing key user experiences across Boxs product suite.

What you'll do: 

• Work alongside the Group Product Manager for Web to execute on the strategy & roadmap for Box's web product experiences
• Interact with Box customers to understand their challenges & help define product directions
• Write detailed product requirements & acceptance criteria by working closely with Product & Engineering Leads
• Partner with Design & Engineering teams to develop new products & enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value
• Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-vale use cases, & explore new product opportunities
• Measure results & iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving metrics that matter 
• Attend, engage, & sometimes drive weekly internal team meetings & external customer meetings

Who you are:

• 3+ years as software product manager, solution delivery manager, business analyst, or project manager
• Intellectually curious: you like to dig in & learn how things work, whether thats why a technical solution is built a certain way or what the next great tech innovation will be
• Capable of leading & motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic & global environment
• You turn problems into solutions & move through roadblocks to consistently deliver value to your users
• Comfortable negotiating technical requirements & dependencies across the technical stack
• Experience owning & driving projects, defining product requirements, & collaborating with engineering & design on product design, execution, testing, & release
• Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives
• Expertise leading A/B testing, optimization, & usage analysis efforts 
• Experience working with design to create intuitive front-end user flows & experiences
• Must speak English proficiently

Box lives its values, with community & in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
