The role youll play:
Sit at the forefront of innovation, evaluating & designing new datasets & data products to power our clients & enhance our platform. Uncover customer pain points & devise creative solutions.
Your main tasks:
- Influence the product roadmap by proposing innovative features & enhancements for monthly releases.
- Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, & identify pain points to inform new product ideas & enhancements.
- Collaborate with go-to-market & research teams to generate creative ideas for improving our data products.
- Assess new datasets for relevance, quality, & potential impact on our platform.
- Develop new methods & models for scoring technology companies & markets.
- Work with our data science team to design & execute experiments to validate new scoring mechanisms, test models, & refine data offerings.
- Explore novel ways to package & present data insights to clients.
- Team up with product managers, data scientists, researchers, & engineers to design innovative solutions.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, data science, data engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in conducting insightful customer interviews to uncover pain points & gather valuable feedback.
- Ability to think outside the box & propose novel solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach to data analysis & hypothesis testing.
- Rigorous, clear, & compelling thinking demonstrated in how you present, write, & collaborate.
- Familiarity with data tools, databases, & programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of Productboard, Miro, Figma a plus.
- Urgency in the way you operate & contribute to a dynamic work environment.
