HelloFresh is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive process definition, system development, standardization & improvements across the FSQA Supplier management domain in 11 international markets. This role will primarily be responsible for the development & continuous improvement of our quality management systems. This scope covers processes in supplier onboarding, supplier compliance management, product onboarding, & tech integrations, this role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh & its supply chain.

What youll do

• Manage, define, & map Food Safety & Quality processes to be used throughout our international markets. 
• Work closely with technical & operational stakeholders to define business requirements & drive the process digitalization 
• Organize workshops with business stakeholders to collect inputs & supporting in driving process governance agenda
• Test & verify systems satisfy the requirements according to our Food Safety policies
• Train users & rollout the systems & processes to end users in the warehouse
• Measure process performance & adherence across our different markets
• Continuously challenge status-quo & drive process improvement projects
• Collect improvement opportunities both from within & outside the organization
• Define & establish frameworks, processes & measurement strategies that enhance efficiency, governance, performance, & resilience 
• Analyze & present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
• Formulate actionable recommendations based on data

What youll bring

• 2+ years of experience preferably as a process consultant or related role with a focus in a process management or technical systems implementation role with an Engineering, Mathematics, or related degree. Knowledge of Food Safety or Warehouse Management processes a plus.
• Prior experience & knowledge of software development processes including agile development & familiarity with APIs or event based data processing
• Process Modeling experience using BPMN 2.0 & software like MS Visio, Signavio or similar a plus
• Exemplary & demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups & seniority
• Superior analytical skills & operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking
• Experience in Database Programming Language SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence software is a plus (Tableau, JIRA, ICS)
• Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)
