Teads is looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join the team in Madrid. 

Your primary focus will be to promote our unique & innovative product offering for middle & low funnel in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the performance product owner & evangelizer for the Spanish market
  • Advise & be the primary point of contact for the Spanish Sales Team for our mid & lower funnel offering
  • Work closely with the Global Team to be up to date on product development & new offerings
  • Work closely with the central team on opportunities within our existing client base & also with potential new ones
  • Share field intelligence & previous experience to central teams to improve & grow our offering
  • Proactively work with the local sales teams to look for new client opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management & create upsell opportunities.
  • Present QBRs at local & global level/ Analyze campaign performances, issues & optimization opportunities to go for

Experience / Background

  • Prior digital media experience of minimum 5 years in ad tech platforms, advertiser or agencies
  • Deep knowledge of Performance advertising (middle & low funnel)
  • C-level network & contact within clients & agencies in the Spanish market
  • Own clients portfolio within key advertisers in the industry
  • Understanding of the video Outstream USP & opportunity for performance clients
  • Strong new business & new product sales skills
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, & an ultimate team player
  • Creative thinker & always looking for new ways to achieve aims
  • Client facing experience, confident & articulate
  • Strong interpersonal & teamwork abilities & ability to work without supervision
