The Online Stores team at Squarespace builds the core services, products, & frameworks that power a seamless selling experience for our customers. This team is responsible for key sales functionalities such as proposals, deposits, & contracts, as well as intuitive user experiences that streamline payment collection, invoicing, & product merchandising.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on optimizing seller setup & helping businesses grow more efficiently. Your work will directly impact how sellers onboard, engage with customers, & scale their operations on Squarespace.

This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site. You will report to a Product Director.

You'll Get To...

• Launch experiments to continuously improve our sellers setup & getting started experience
• Create & prioritize a roadmap rooted in data, informed by multiple sources & justified by return on investment
• Guide product developmentfrom conception to launchwith consideration for your specific team, adjacent teams, & the broader SQSP ecosystem
• Be a single mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, & product analytics
• Partner with marketing to launch new products, with customer operations to develop excellent support for merchants, & with analytics to monitor engagement & evaluate product success
• Work with other PMs & data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions
• Set OKRs for your teams with your engineering & design counterparts & contribute to the process of setting broader group goals
• Influence & inform team/group strategy through passionate & well-reasoned presentation of ideas

Who We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of product management experience, managing software products from creation through launch & iteration
• A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, & user segmentation including A/B testing
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals & outstanding user experiences
• Experience working with large data systems & managing technical updates
