Our summer internship program is a 10-week paid internship starting in June & ending in August based out of our NYC, LA, and/or London offices. Our DEI-focused program is designed to create sustainable pipelines to invest in SoundClouds future, discover new, diverse talent at all levels, & develop future leaders who will contribute to all business areas. 

Interns will be fully immersed in the team, receiving opportunities to enhance their skills, contribute to our mission, & prepare for a full-time role. Furthermore, interns will receive various professional & personal development opportunities, like mentorship programming, fireside chats with senior leadership, innovative stretch assignments, & the chance to participate in networking events with other SoundCloud employees across the organization.

SoundCloud is looking for a Product Intern to join the Creator Product team.  They will work with the Senior Product Manager to explore & build new features to empower artists on SoundCloud. 

Key Responsibilities

• You will own projects & initiatives that help artists get heard, get fans & get paid. These projects should help grow Next Pro subscribers if successful
• You will take a feature from ideation, to design, to build & delivery
• You will present your results, learnings, & recommendations to the team & leadership at the end of your internship

Who You Are

• Currently a student or recent graduate from an accredited university (Graduation date between Dec 2023 - May 2025 preferred)
• General understanding of the software development process & understanding of terminology
• General understanding of the product development process
• Curiosity for the music industry & music technology
• Strong communication skills for people of different levels, background & technical aptitude
• Ideally have a deep passion for independent music, & supporting artists early in their careers

Internship applications must be submitted by March 29th, 2024. 

The summer internship program will be 10-weeks from June 3rd, 2025 - August 9th, 2024. This is a full-time internship & will be hybrid based out of our London office. In-person attendance will be expected 2-3 times a week.
