You are excited about diving deep into unfamiliar territories to learn more about clients businesses & areas of opportunity. You are constantly thinking about ways to grow & build real brand equity & you arent afraid to test & learn. Though you are very data driven, you are still able to distill metrics & analytics into actionable learnings for internal & external teams. You move at lightning speed to make things happen day in & day out, but understand the importance of macro patience & big picture thinking.
- You must be excited to:
- Create paid media strategies in tandem to ensure it ladders up to larger strategy
- Execute & run paid media campaigns
- Craft ongoing campaign reports for brand, from more frequent light lift weekly reports to robust campaign recaps across paid, organic & earned media
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs, providing rationale for reason for optimizations
- Develop benchmarks
- Keep a finger on the pulse of platform & advertising related updates
- Research & identify areas of whitespace & opportunity for new & existing clients & partners
- Develop a deep understanding of client priorities to assist with real-time content curation & posting, specifically with Instagram Stories & Twitter
- Skills & qualities to possess:
- Deep understanding of the paid media landscape & social media platform nuances & user behavior
- Understanding of people-based insights, supporting the development of distinct & differentiated audience understanding that is connected to strategic decisions & creative ways-in
- Ability to put together strategic paid media plans, detailed reports & recommendations
- Knowledge of social listening tools
