The Junior IT Administrator is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, & network issues for WEBTOON's employees. This role includes managing user accounts & system access, supporting onboarding & offboarding processes, & providing technical assistance with various business tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, & a customer-focused attitude to effectively resolve technical issues & support users.
