Oversee & are ultimately responsible for the quality of strategy, execution, & timeliness of delivery. The measurement of Button's fintech products, building of optimization, & delivery of increasing value for Button partners must be a constant area of focus. A proven track record of measurement is a prerequisite. You will influence the direction of the business unit's OKRS & be responsible for hitting the product milestones within those:
Strong on execution - You are deeply technical -- you don't code, but you get how it works.
Goal oriented - you set goals clearly & those goals drive clarity of purpose for your focus & that of your teams
Measurement driven - you want to be able to point at the number that changes when you complete a project.
Analytical Approach - Understanding the market that we operate in & how technical products can serve that market including research, quantitative & qualitative analysis.

As the sole product manager in our fintech & loyalty business unit you will be the driving force behind the design & execution of its product roadmap. You will be responsible for building & scaling a clear prioritization & measurement framework to enable the Button team to understand why we work on what we do, & that it is successful. You will be the product voice & will collaborate closely with multiple teams including engineering, revenue, & partner success to deliver exceptional products & features for our partners.

Rob is the fearless leader of Button's fintech & loyalty business unit. Having worked in affiliate marketing & cashback for most of his adult life he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Rob works out of our London office.
Margaret heads the partner success team as part of the fintech & loyalty business unit. Having previously specialised in our publisher business, she now works across publishers & brands to drive meaningful outcomes. Margaret is currently based in Austin.
Nathaniel leads engineering within the fintech & loyalty business unit as a staff software engineer. From audiences to orders to webhooks, he has expertise on a wide variety of Button systems. Nathaniel resides in New York.
AS PRODUCT MANAGER YOU WILL:
Define, document, & continuously maintain our Product Roadmap. You'll work closely with leadership to make our business strategy a well-thought-out, ambitious but achievable reality.
Foster ownership & vision within the engineering team, developing experts in parts of our products who will build & maintain their own components of the roadmap.
Be responsible for the performance of our product, for our customers & for Button
Champion why we do what we do & ensure customer problems are at the heart of how we work
Ensure that Button is investing its product & engineering resources where they will have the most quantifiable impact, for us & for customers
Be the voice of how do we measure that & broadcast successes & failures alike based on those measurements
