Looking for a strong B2B marketer that will support us to scale our acquisition efforts, maximize our retention rate, & build a strong brand within the restaurant industry. You will drive a consistent experience across all touch points for our restaurant partners, both our prospects & our clients. Your role will be transversal & you will be working with local & central marketing teams & our local sales teams on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of the B2B marketing Plan. You will be responsible for defining the holistic B2B marketing plan, coordinating the activities within it & proactively liaising with the French Sales team & Marketing functions.
  • Monitor closely the efficiency of each marketing activity & suggest optimizations to our lead generation efforts in conjunction with the Central Sales team & Local Sales teams.
  • Performance marketing: in coordination with Central teams, adapt SEA campaigns to local needs, monitor efficiency & implement optimizations when needed. Explore & test other paid channels.
  • Brand content: Define our content marketing approach to support our acquisition & retention aims, create the content required & orchestrate its implementation during the year. Coordinate, maintain & publish content on our B2B Blog & social pages together with the local brand team.
  • NPS: Own & grow customer satisfaction (NPS) by identifying drivers of satisfaction & irritants through the NPS of restaurants & follow up to take actions to improve French B2B NPS.
  • Communications: Ensure all of our B2B communications are aligned with our brand strategy, guidelines & ambition. Collaborate with our central & local communication teams to develop & realize public & industry relation campaigns. Collaborate & support the Industry Relation team on B2B events.
  • CRM: Suggest & align with Central CRM teams France on CRM strategies & monthly plans in order to develop partner restaurants advocacy & build attractiveness of our solutions to our prospects.
  • Benchmark: Remain abreast of the competitive landscape through insightful benchmarks to identify key opportunities for differentiation.

Main qualifications

  • French native & intermediate level of English
  • Around 5-6 years of experience in a B2B marketing role. An experience in a Saas company is a plus.
  • You are organized, results-driven, & are able to prioritize in a changing environment
  • You have excellent communication skills & are able to demonstrate assertiveness to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • You have some knowledge in one of these tools is a plus: Google Analytics, Drupal, Hubspot, Pardot, Google Ads
