As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at DigitalOcean, you will help shape & scale how we go to market with our Technology & Marketplace partners. In this role, youll develop & lead partner marketing strategies that drive joint product adoption, revenue growth, & long-term partner success. Youll collaborate closely with strategic partners to design & execute creative & thoughtful GTM plans across multiple formats & channels.Youll also play a key role in building scalable programs, making it easier for partners to grow with us.
You will work cross-functionally & collaboratively with teamsincluding Product, Marketing, & Salesto launch high-impact initiatives & continuously experiment & optimize based on results. What Youll Do:
- Develop & implement a partner marketing strategy focused on driving joint product adoption & revenue growth with our Technology & Marketplace partners.
- Design & execute strategic go to market plans with high-value partners in order to drive joint success, including activities such as training & enablement, events, webinars, developer content, & email & social campaigns.
- Create self-serve programs, reusable templates, & repeatable processes to support partners at scale.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Growth, Marketing, Product, & Engineering teams to create a more seamless onboarding experience for new Technology & Marketplace Partners
- Collaborate closely with Partner Growth, Marketing, & Product to craft compelling, developer-oriented content highlighting the value of DigitalOceans Technology & Marketplace Partners & the strength of our joint solutions.
- Analyze & report on performance of partner marketing activities, adjusting strategy as necessary to optimize outcome, & socialize key findings to all relevant stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally & with partners to reimagine traditional partner marketing motions. Explore & experiment with unique, authentic ways to reach out joint customers & drive adoption.
What Youll Add to DigitalOcean:
- 5 plus years of experience
- Proven track record of developing & executing successful partner marketing strategy & programs that support business objectives & align with the product roadmap.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, with the ability manage the expectations of & influence both internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills & proven ability to manage multiple projects to the finish line
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem & a passion for making developers successful.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives & drive measurable outcomes.
- Ability to generate reports on key performance metrics & clearly communicate the results
- Experience with or knowledge of AI/ML technologies & Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) offerings is highly desirable.

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $180,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, & skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company & individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire & the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
