The role

We are looking for a highly skilled & experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic SEO team. As a part of the team, you will have a direct impact on our success by developing & executing effective SEO strategies to expand our reach, so that many more people around the world can enjoy HelloFresh meals.

Apart from a deep understanding of the best practices, data analysis, & content strategy, the ideal candidate will have the technical skills to design & implement programmatic SEO & automation initiatives for all HelloFresh Group websites.

What youll do

• Develop, implement, & manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings & traffic.
• Perform technical SEO audits & provide actionable recommendations to enhance site performance.
• Own programmatic SEO efforts to automate SEO tasks, as well as to optimize our technical setup & internal linking.
• Optimize website architecture, content, & internal linking to improve search engine crawlability & indexation.
• Work with tech stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices in website coding & structure.
• Work closely with our partners to ensure the successful rollout of our content marketing campaigns.
• Align with local teams on topics like link acquisition & content marketing.
• Monitor performance metrics to understand organic search performance across our international markets & measure the impact of changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, & emerging SEO tools & techniques.

What youll bring

• 2-4 years experience in an SEO-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, & technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, & Screaming Frog.
• Expertise in optimizing website architecture, metadata, & structured data.
• Ability to read & understand website code. Programming skills & experience in Javascript, Google Apps Script, or Python area plus.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals & how to optimize for them.
• Experience with international SEO, hreflang tags, & multilingual site optimization.
• Ability to manage & execute link-building campaigns ethically & effectively.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data & inform strategies.
• Ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms & industry trends.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English skills. Other European languages are plus
