As a Project Manager, you are a strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a clients brand, business, tech & customer. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams, & you know what it takes to deliver a digital experience that can improve the lives of customers & surpasses the goals of clients. Both the client services & project delivery worlds are successfully navigated by your proactive communication of project statuses, issues, & opportunities to clients. You will plan, schedule, & control all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical & leadership skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with clients & associates.


You will:

  • Develop & execute project plans according to established procedures, channels, & success expectations
  • Contribute to continual process & people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions
  • Establish clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal & client team members
  • Understand & communicate client business needs to the internal team & clients where required
  • Promote high standards of professional integrity on all proposed & actual client business solutions
  • Provide & promote high standards of professionalism & leadership both within & outside the organization, appropriately representing Critical Mass business philosophies, protocols, & standards
  • Negotiate, define, communicate, & manage the scope of the project, typically holding responsibility for authoring project DSOWs
  • Create & maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, & associated resource requirements
  • Forecast, track & manage project budgets, POs, & invoices
  • Define & monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
  • Plan & manage internal & external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information & deliverables
  • Identify, analyse, prioritize, mitigate, & communicate project risks & issues
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes high quality work
  • Participating in client, vendor, & internal meetings
  • Collaborate with discipline leaders for project estimation & resource allocation

You have:

  • 2-4 years-experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, content management systems, marketing campaigns, microsites, & maintenance. Ideally experience will include supporting over each phase of the product delivery lifecycle from requirements capture through to post live support
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, & Keynote
  • Experience with collaboration & issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, & Confluence
  • Strong understanding of how to manage & control project scope, schedule, budget, & resource management / reporting & change management, project roadmap development, & revenue forecasting
  • Experience in team management & client communications
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills & are responsive to feedback
  • Strong leadership & decision-making skills to facilitate effective task & resource management
  • Demonstrated communication, presentation, management, facilitation, & negotiation skills
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example
  • The ability to stay focused on driving goals, even in high-pressure situation
  • Creative thinking & problem solving skills
