As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Analytics & Projects Team, helping drive user growth through various marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting key projects that require a multi-channel strategy and/or setup. This role requires hands-on experience in commercial with technical affinity, fast paced environments, the ability to break down goals into comprehensive plans, & strong communication & project management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate competing priorities, & drive project execution to ensure effective cross-channel marketing campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee & manage the end-to-end execution of medium to high complexity projects with high impact within HelloFresh
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to collect their inputs & ensure their commitment in your project & its timely delivery
• Support the development of project proposal, charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, & performance metrics
• Understand & solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business
• Analyze & present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
• Develop & maintain systems for the tracking & reporting of project & portfolio progress & outcomes for the SPMO, key project sponsors, & senior leadership

Who You Are:

• Previous work experience, with a proven track record in project management, ideally in a marketing or commercial functions
• Bachelors Degree in a related field would be ideal
• Experience with technical solutioning (e.g., process optimization, data analysis, issue tree analysis, a/b testing, data modelling
• Have a Get stuff done attitude able to roll up your sleeves & take on whatever comes your way. Youre not afraid to assume responsibility & solve real growth problems.
• Problem solver - guided by a strong business sense & driven by both technical & creative excellence.
• Analytical - extremely comfortable with structuring & analysing data, using it to tell a story & drive decisions. You also have experience in working closely with data teams.
• Highly collaborative -  skilled at bringing people together, highly organized, & has leadership level communication. 
  Comfortable in a high growth, entrepreneurial, & ambiguous environment
