Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Deal Desk Specialist will support our Account Executives & Growth Account Managers by being the go-to resource for anything thatll help get deals closed. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will be hands-on with day-to-day operations & will be responsible for supporting an efficient & effective sales process.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Work directly with sellers to ensure they are able to get their deals closed efficiently & accurately
- Partner with Accounting & Legal to ensure processes are being followed & all downstream requirements are being met
- Input discounts into internal tools & support monthly auditing process
- Ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce
- Drive deal reviews & escalate appropriately, as needed
- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve processes & policies
- Field ad hoc deal related requests from Sales team
What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:
- 2 - 4 years experience in Deal Desk; experience in high-growth SaaS a plus
- Bachelors degree
- Expertise in Salesforce & Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Accounting & Legal while representing Sales & Sales Operations
- Ability to be efficient & work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize & manage multiple assignments & deadlines
- Demonstrable critical thinking & decision making skills; showing initiative to know when to make decisions & when to escalate
- Proactive communication skills & track record of setting & executing on clear, realistic deliverable timelines

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $96,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, & skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company & individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire & the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
