As a Fantasy Sports Operational Excellence Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring & improving the customer journey & assisting in optimizing the processes of our Business & Operations teams. As a member of the Fantasy Sports Commercial Team, this role will provide the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business, including product development & marketing.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Create & document operational playbooks for new key initiatives
  • Create process maps of internal processes to identify & optimize existing operational processes
  • Assist in developing & delivering operational readiness plans for various product launches
  • Analyze & escalate bugs & issues raised by customers & internal stakeholders to the appropriate streams & chase through to resolution
  • Provide stakeholder input on development of product & backend features
  • Identify & achieve opportunities for cost & efficiency savings
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize business requests across our Operations & Commercial teams
  • Maintain checklists & take action on issues to ensure continued improvement across all facets of the Fantasy Sports business
  • Review & analyze customer feedback to develop recommendations for the business
  • Create customer journey maps to identify & resolve customer pain points across Fantasy Sports products & processes
  • Collaborate with game play operations & marketing teams regarding on-site promotions, inventory, & asset management

What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial/analytics/customer intelligence
  • Well-organized & excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic mind-set: takes a long-term view & anticipates future trends & implications
  • Collaborate as a team player: works with the team & stakeholders across the organization to get things done
  • Solution-oriented: can clearly articulate objectives & the path to achieving them
  • Experience with & knowledge of Daily Fantasy Sports or similar industry
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fundamental knowledge with SQL & other analytic tools preferred
  • Passionate about sports and/or gambling preferred
