Tripadvisor seeks an innovative & passionate Manager of CRM to drive growth & guide members through their traveler journey. You will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement & retention through effective communication strategies, with a primary focus on our mobile app user base, & will help support new content & contact strategies based on industry trends, engagement data, & traveler needs. This role will help spearhead new email, push, & SMS strategies, guiding hundreds of millions of members through their traveler journey, & engaging them with useful & relevant content.

Reporting into the Senior Manager, CRM Growth, this is a highly cross-functional role & this person will interface across the full business working closely with numerous stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, & Creative. 

What Youll Do

  • Responsible for planning, developing, & implementing growth strategies across CRM-owned channels (email, app push, SMS) to drive user engagement & improve conversion. Utilize data-driven insights to create these targeted & personalized communication that enhances user engagement & retention.
  • Collaborate with product & integrated marketing teams to understand new features, updates, & releases for the mobile app. Develop strategies to seamlessly integrate new products into CRM campaigns.
  • Execute A/B tests that allow us to continuously optimize content, timing, & cadence of lifecycle communications across marketing channels to improve user experiences & increase marketing efficiency.
  • Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, & dynamic content requirements.
  • Manage machine learning recommendation models & continuous optimization what were showing to members
  • Ownership of campaign performance, engagement metrics, & overall channel health, including consistent & timely sharing of all performance, & providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on key performance indicators.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging channel data to develop insights
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as ESPs & CDP's. Braze preferred.
  • Mobile app marketing experience a plus
  • Exceptional project management & organization skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player & comfortable partnering with a variety of teams
  • Must exhibit superb verbal & written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results & communicating insights effectively

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employees pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, & business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
