Italy is part of Taboolas EMEA business by joining this mighty team of Senior Enterprise Publisher Account Managers, you will have the opportunity to lead & build some of our most strategic partnerships in Italy, interacting with stakeholders at all levels at the top publishers in the market.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Native/Fluent Italian speaker with a medium to high English level
• 7 years of experience in the digital advertising, ad tech or publishing industries.
• Ability to build & maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal & external stakeholders including senior level executives, product, legal, tech, finance, sales & marketing
• Track record of closing business & driving long & complex sales cycles
• Excellent analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients & monitoring/identifying trends in data & in generated reports
• Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, & provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends & improve the customer experience
• Extremely motivated, proactive, resourceful & creative to ensure your clients receive world class consulting
• High attention to detail, organised & with strong communication skills
• Self-starter with the will & ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Digital advertising experience is a plus, Publisher experience is a major advantage

As a Publisher Account Manager, youll bring value by:

• Lead strategic enterprise publisher partnerships in the Italian market.
• Understand the organisations business needs & develop relationships at all levels.
• Showcase Taboolas value proposition to stakeholdersfrom Senior Executives & Editors to Product Leads & technical teamsto drive audience growth, engagement, & monetisation.
• Excel at manipulating data & identifying actionable opportunities; monitor & analyse key metrics & proactively implement improvements.
• Maintain deep expertise in Taboolas platform & clearly articulate the benefits it delivers to publishers.
• Fully comprehend the technology & revenue ecosystem, as well as client needs & requirements, to intelligently identify upsell opportunities & expand platform adoption.
• Communicate client-derived business intelligence & feature requests to the Product Management team to inform new product development.
