The role

The Enterprise UX practice at HelloFresh is a cross-functional team that brings physical & digital product & service experiences to life through strategic research, design, prototyping, business modelling & storytelling. We are a group that creates useful & meaningful Enterprise experiences in order to test assumptions & understand what should be built in the future for HelloFreshs Supply Chain.
As a Staff UX Designer, you will use your skills in research to inform a vision of potential product & process direction. To achieve this vision, youll investigate attitudes, behaviours, processes, cultures, structures, & systems. Youll study our internal users (Freshies) to understand & identify which pain points are worth the companys investment to solve. Youll work closely with project teams & stakeholders to zoom in on the individual & zoom out to understand the larger systems at play so we enrich the product direction & de-risk big bets.
You will design new product & service concepts/prototypes & conduct validation to gauge concept desirability & provide insights on next steps towards implementation. You will align your prototype work with the Enterprise Design System to ensure scalability & shareability for other UX Designer roles.

What youll do

• Partner & inspire other enterprise designers to excel at their craft & nurture growth within the team.
• Utilise best practices around enterprise tooling patterns.
• Form close relationships with POs, engineers, researchers & UX writers / content strategists to push UX to solving the broader user problem, using influence & persuasion to challenge broader assumptions within internal products.
• Coach designers to create experiences that show pride in craft.
• Design flows & experiences (UX/UI) yourself that are elegant & joyful.
• Partner with your fellow design leaders to smooth communication & amplify your output.

What youll bring

• 6+ years product design experience. 
• Proven experience working within enterprise or B2B.
• Proven track record in applying structured service design methodologies such as Definition Sprints, AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, & Service Blueprinting.
• Additional experience as a team lead or in direct people management.
• A portfolio of work showing joyous experiences that have impact.
• Skills & expertise in executing, critiquing, & mentoring in visual design, interaction design, UX writing & UI design.
• Mastery of Figma & fluency with other digital design & prototyping tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
