The role
As a Digital Talent Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing & executing the Employer Brand & Talent Marketing strategy across various digital platforms. This role will be pivotal in effectively shaping & communicating HelloFresh's employer brand across digital platforms, ultimately attracting top talent.
What youll do
- Develop & execute the Employer Brand & Talent Marketing strategy across digital platforms
- Oversee & optimize performance marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, & display advertising. You will usee analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc) to measure the impact of digital talent marketing initiatives
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize CTRs, ad spend, ROAS, & other relevant key performance metrics
- Lead the Content Management System (CMS) to enhance the career website experience
- Generate engaging content (videos, graphics, written materials) showcasing company culture, employee stories, & career opportunities
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity & resonates with the target audience
- Manage & expand our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Share relevant content, engage with followers, & participate in industry conversations
- Explore & recommend practices to enhance the Employer Brand strategy
- Partner with Employer Brand & Talent Marketing peers, as well as international talent acquisition members to optimize HelloFresh's digital footprint & enhance candidate experience
- Collaborate with employees & teams to share their employment stories, & align external employer branding messages with overall business goals
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of digital paid & organic talent marketing initiatives
- Provide regular reports & insights to optimize strategies & improve recruitment efforts
What youll bring
- Minimum 4 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms & trends
- Proficiency in using social media management tools & analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies & conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize & manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative thinking & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR practices & recruitment processes is a plus
- Experience developing & optimizing paid advertisements
