Degreed is looking for a Client Transformation Partner (CTP) to join the client experience (CX) team & is responsible for the successful rollout of Degreed for mid-market, enterprise, & strategic clients. As the CTP, you will partner with the broader CX team to drive business strategies, change management, & functional plans to successfully deploy Degreed within the client's organisation on time & within scope.
You will serve as an advisor to our clients throughout the deployment of Degreed products. You'll consult with stakeholder to make informed decisions around their strategic & tactical needs, & ensure the clients achieve their learning strategy goals using Degreed. You bring a strong project management background, ideally within a SaaS organisation, & have experience in a client-facing role with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once. You will quickly acclimate to the Degreed product & its technical complexities to ensure a simple experience for our clients & their learners. You will be a key member of the Client Engagement team, delivering a world-class implementation experience to some of the top companies in the world.
This role reports to our Senior Director, Client Engagement.
