The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Partnerships Project manager  to design, implement, & manage scalable API integrations that connect HelloFresh with external partner ecosystems including telecoms, financial providers, loyalty programs, & health/wellness platforms.

This role combines technical execution (building & deploying APIs, data workflows, & automation) with project ownership (defining requirements, managing partners, ensuring delivery).

You will own integrations from design to production, delivering end-to-end partner connectivity that enables subscription bundling, loyalty rewards, account linking, & nutrition data exchange, all while maintaining reliability, compliance, & a seamless customer experience.

What youll do:

End-to-End integration delivery

• Own the full lifecycle of new partner integrations - from scoping & solution design to implementation, testing, & go-live.
• Develop, deploy, & maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, & automation scripts to connect HelloFresh with partner platforms.
• Manage authentication flows using OAuth2 / OpenID Connect for secure data exchange.
• Build & operate account linking, billing, & lifecycle management APIs for bundled subscriptions & loyalty programs.
• Configure & manage data pipelines & monitoring for recurring syncs & reporting.
  
  

Solution architecture & technical execution

• Design integration architectures aligned with HelloFreshs core systems (account, billing, order, & loyalty domains).
• Implement flexible integration logic for revenue share, loyalty attribution, or benefit application.
• Build & maintain API documentation, SDKs, & partner developer guides.
• Establish standardized patterns & templates for scalable partner onboarding.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage error handling, & ensure SLA adherence.
  
  

Partner-facing technical ownership

• Act as the primary technical contact for partner engineering teams (e.g., telcos, wellness apps, airline loyalty programs).
• Translate partner requirements into concrete API specifications & implementation plans.
• Support pilot integrations, ensure smooth onboarding, & provide post-launch maintenance.
  
  

Project leadership & delivery

• Plan, track, & deliver multiple integration projects concurrently.
• Define milestones, monitor progress, & report outcomes to Product & Growth stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, & Finance teams to align on business logic & compliance needs.
• Ensure integrations are delivered on time, within scope, & at production-level reliability.
  
  

 Quality, security, & monitoring

• Implement robust logging, auditing, & alerting for partner integrations.
• Ensure compliance with HelloFreshs security & privacy standards (GDPR, PII handling).
• Optimize performance & reliability through automated testing & CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to internal best practices for API governance & version control.

What youll bring:

Required technical skills

• Strong experience with RESTful & GraphQL API development (Node.js, Python, or Go preferred).
• Solid understanding of OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, webhooks, & secure token exchange.
• Experience with API design, testing (Postman/Swagger), & documentation.
• Familiarity with serverless/cloud environments (AWS Lambda, ECS, or GCP Functions).
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases & data transformation (JSON, CSV, Databricks workbooks ).
• Proven ability to set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, & error logging (Sentry, ELK).
  
  

Preferred experience

• Background in B2B SaaS integrations, subscription commerce, or loyalty/fintech APIs.
• Experience managing partner integrations across multiple regions.
• Understanding of billing systems, revenue-share models, or points-based loyalty frameworks.
• Familiarity with Contentful, Snowflake, N8N, Zapier or internal data APIs a plus.
