About The Team:
You will be working alongside the Head of Production & another Senior Operations Manager, helping us to continue to put our customers first & go the extra mile in everything we do. Our people are the key to our success & we want you to be a part of this journey.
What You Will Be Doing:
- You will be responsible for the running of successful shifts across a 24/7 operation
- Leading team members to develop an inclusive performance culture
- Continually identifying opportunities to implement best practice throughout the wider team
- Be accountable for performance metrics & the improvement of them, developing, implementing & using sustainable practices to allow their teams to operate to in achieving these
- Lead & support the implementation of new products into the operation
- Workforce resource planning & team development succession planning, personal development plans & creating an operational talent pool
- Recruit & develop staff to be the best at what they do
- Be an ambassador for H&S & lead a safety first culture throughout the operations & wider support teams
- Lead the drive towards internationally leading site standards & be accountable for GMP scores at a site level
- Financially accountable for key metrics (CPB/LMPB within their areas of responsibility)
Who You Are:
- Ideally be from a FMCG background in Production or Logistics Operations Management. Experience with managing large scale operations with multiple management tiers.
- Experience in working with electronic warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of health & safety & its application in a warehouse/production environment.
- Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification & critical issue escalation
- Excellent people skills & be passionate about achieving results through people. A strong leader, able to inspire others & build engaged & motivated teams.
- Energy, enthusiasm, commitment & a can-do flexible attitude

Location: HelloFresh, Unit 2 Plot 8, Smart Parc, DE21 7HW
Shifts: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat rotating every 3 months days on either of these patterns & rotating days/nights 7-7
