As an HR Operational Effectiveness Director on the Global People Team in our London office, youll play a vital role in designing & driving people-focused systems & tools that fuel Taboolas growth. Youll lead global talent programs, enable strategic workforce planning, & partner closely with HR & business leaders to future-proof our organisation. This is a high-impact role where youll shape how we assess, develop, & retain top talent at scale.
To thrive in this role, youll need:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Organizational Effectiveness with a global scope
- Proven experience designing & implementing performance, talent, & engagement strategies
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on org design, change, & workforce planning
- Strong data orientation able to design tools & processes that drive measurable value
- Experience leading HR or OD teams & managing cross-functional initiatives
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience supporting M&A, restructures, or enterprise-level change management
- Familiarity with DE&I learning or leadership development frameworks

- Developing & implementing tools & programs across the post-hire talent lifecycle (e.g. performance, engagement, talent planning, mobility)
- Leading strategic workforce planning & succession planning initiatives
- Partnering with HRBPs & senior leaders to guide org design, transformation, & change programs
- Championing career pathing & internal mobility through practical frameworks & visibility tools
- Supporting the L&D Director in aligning learning strategy to capability gaps & business value
- Embedding continuous improvement into HR delivery auditing, evolving, & scaling best practices
