Were looking for a commercially minded, relationship-oriented Account Manager to join our London team, supporting a portfolio of small & mid-sized publisher partners across France. In this role, youll be responsible for managing a diverse book of business, optimising performance, & uncovering new opportunities to grow revenue.

Youll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, guiding them on how to maximize value from Taboolas platform while collaborating closely with internal teams to share product feedback & streamline operations.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• Native or professional fluency in French & professional proficiency in English
  
  
• 23 years minimum client-facing experience in client management preferably digital media or online advertising
  
  
• Strong relationship management, customer service skills & basic data analysis skills
  
  
• Ability to prioritise & manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Confident communication skillsboth written & verbal
  
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with digital publishers
  
  
• Business level proficiency in any additional European language

How youll make an impact:

As a Publisher Account Manager, youll bring value by:

• Supporting the SMB team by owning & nurturing some of the most strategic partnerships in the region
• Understanding client KPIs & helping create a plan to achieve them
• Monitoring & analysing metrics & proactively take steps to improve results
• Being an expert in Taboolas platform & the benefits publishers gain by using it
• Fully comprehending the technology, revenue ecosystem & client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities & upsell the platform
• Communicating business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features
