About the Role

iCapital is looking for a talented & driven professional to support its global product development efforts, ideally with a background in consulting/strategic change The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives,  managing new product launch processes & ensuring governance & oversight of key third-party service providers to fund structures. .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing team with a global remit & work cross-border. The primary function of the team is to design, structure & launch various alternative investment vehicles focusing on private markets & hedge funds.  These will be across a variety of fund jurisdictions, vehicle types & asset classes. This includes building new fund & product capabilities, entering new markets & building processes related to these funds within the iCapital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver on strategic priorities
• Support to define, track & deliver project plans
• Coordinate with internal & external key stakeholders, including oversight of 3rd party service providers to fund structures
• Ensuring projects are following defined governance framework & reporting processes to ensure robust oversight
• Support with fund launches & management of the product pipeline
• Such projects may include:
  • Developing local market fund offerings for new geographies
  • Adjusting our offering to deepen penetration in existing markets
  • Enhancing alternative fund structuring capabilities across jurisdictions
  • Developing capabilities to enhance the product offering

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and/or masters degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry & consulting/project management/business analyst experience
• Experience working across borders & in multiple markets
• Experience working within a regulated financial services business preferable
• Private markets fund management industry knowledge preferable
• Highly structured working style, with ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple tasks & prioritize assignments
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn & expand responsibilities in line with the growth of the team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & project management tools
• Fluency in English requiredboth written & verbal, other languages helpful
