HR Business Partner EMEA (London based) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

In this spirit, were seeking an experienced hands-on HR Business Partner to team up with key stakeholders in the EMEA Enterprise Sales team to deliver solutions that enable our growth ambitions. Youll partner with the business to proactively identify & provide value-added HR advice, guidance, support and/or solutions that help in the implementation of the EMEA Enterprise Sales business plan. Youll report to our Head of HR, Global Enterprise Sales & EMEA & will be part of our global HR team. 

Specific responsibilities 

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for all generalist HR activity including performance management, reward, employee relations, HR policy & procedures, talent identification & management, & succession planning. 

• Partner with managers across the business to guide & support them on managing, recognising, developing & growing their teams 
• Be confident to challenge, coach & advise managers & leaders & share opinions 
• Understand best practice & be able to translate it to meet business needs 
• Develop action plans in partnership with managers & leaders to retain & develop internal talent 
• Provide advice as needed on ER issues across all of Taboolas EMEA locations 
• Be able to analyse data & provide insights to managers 
• Drive a culture that fully aligns with our values & create an environment where employees are highly engaged 
• Identify knowledge gaps & work with managers to close them 
• Off boarding - support decision making & enable exit processes 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Strong all-round HR generalist with sound knowledge of best practice & some EMEA wide experience 
• Comfortable with ambiguity & deadline pressures 
• A proven track record of delivery at both a strategic & operational level 
• Drive for results, inquisitive & and execution-minded; able to translate the mission of stakeholders into actionable plans 
• Entrepreneurial mindset; motivated; high energy; enthusiastic with a naturally solutions-oriented approach 
• A fantastic communicator, does so with focus, simplicity & clarity; engaging the audience & adapting to their needs, asks the right questions to understand the priorities/issues & seeking feedback to ensure continued alignment 
• A continuous improver, challenges themselves & others on the status quo to ensure the solution given are fit for purpose 
• Commercially aware
