Our Human Resource team is looking for a Human Resources Generalist II to support our fast paced & growing organization. The Human Resources Generalist II is responsible for independently performing comprehensive HR support for our Maple Plain & Chicago locations for Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Service, & Marketing. This position leads the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, & employment law compliance.
