The Role

We are seeking an outcome-driven Hubspot administrator with experience & a passion for helping artists earn & grow off of their music.  The ideal candidate will have experience developing workstreams & optimizing team processes within Hubspot while managing 3rd party relationships.  To be successful in the role, the candidate should be able to work cross functionally with teams to implement any work streams while also delivering recommendations in areas that each team can benefit from.  An understanding & experience of how an Artist Services division operates is a plus! Familiarity, experience, & comfort with working in a fast-paced agile environment with frequently shifting priorities & a certain degree of ambiguity is required.

Responsibilities 

  • Owning the management, implementation, & optimization of Hubspot to improve operations & overall business performance.  
    • Creating & managing profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, & other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
    • Tracking, measuring & reporting on the performance of sales, account management, & marketing team campaigns & workflows
    • Working closely with the management & marketing teams to review, recommend & implement best practice processes & procedures within HubSpot
    • Developing, testing, & executing sales & marketing campaign automation  
    • Consult on & implement advanced marketing ops topics (e.g. attribution, lead scoring, & inbound/outbound approaches, etc.), sales ops topics (e.g. sales enablement, sales org structures, & sales process optimization, etc.), tech stack topics, & service ops topics (e.g. client onboarding, customer support, service org structures, & service process optimization)
  • Overseeing data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup & deduping while assisting in data import/export/updates
  • Managing the optimization of our HubSpot instance, including platform integrations, workflow development & management, templates, & troubleshooting
  • Maintain Hubspot vendor relationship & identifying areas of improvement & cost savings 
  • Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users & technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all things HubSpot, whether it's within technical strategy, implementation, execution, & troubleshooting

Experience:

  • 2-3 years experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Consultant
  • HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, Service Hub certifications preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with sales/marketing teams to gather stakeholder requirements & understand the business needs of those teams
  • A proven record of managing HubSpot instances for small to mid-size start-ups
  • A deep understanding of all aspects of HubSpot configuration & technical / functional capabilities
  • Strong organizational, project management, & analytic skills
  • Ability to advise & implement best practices
  • Excel Experience
