The Job:

As an Editorial Product Manager, you will be a member of our high-performing Product Team for a 12-month maternity cover. From our office in Copenhagen, you will take an important role in creating high-quality recipe cards in Swedish. The ideal candidate will be able to masterfully create & update recipe cards to brand standards, compose clever culinary copy, & optimize language for style, clarity, grammar, & punctuation all while staying mindful of a tight production workflow. HelloFresh recipe cards are the most important connection we have to our customers, & clear, concise, error-free recipes ensure a truly successful customer experience.

You will:

• Copy, edit, & proofread 40+ recipes per week, ensuring accuracy, clarity, & consistency of voice & style across all recipe cards
• Write clear & concise recipe titles & subtitles
• Work closely with the Culinary & Operations teams to eliminate recipe errors if/when product changes are made
• Collaborate & coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all editorial deadlines are met
• Implement & interpret customer feedback as it applies to recipes
• Set up & activate the weekly menu online 
• Have the possibility to support other team members in the achievement of OKR-driven initiatives & improvement projects

You have:

• Fluency in Swedish both written & oral required - preferably mother tongue/Native 
• Bachelors degree in Swedish, Journalism, or a Communications-related field
• 2+ years of experience in editing, writing, translations, & content creation. Ideally with a background in food editing & copywriting
• Exceptionally skilled in copy editing, proofreading, & ensuring adherence to style guides
• Highly organized with supreme attention to detail. Youll triple-confirm & cross-check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that its correct!
• Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines while ensuring complete accuracy across all projects & tasks
• A self-starter attitude & truly proactive problem solver who works relentlessly to execute all steps needed until the problem is resolved
• Tech-literate & have the willingness to learn how to use internal systems & tools. Any familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
