The role
Were looking for a proactive & tech-savvy Junior People Systems Support Specialist to join our People team in the our Nordics HQ. In this role, you'll support & maintain key HR tools & processes, primarily focusing on Workday, Jira, & related platforms. Youll work closely with both local stakeholders & global teams to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, & a great employee experience across the region.
What youll do
Workday & Systems Support
- Manage & maintain employee data in Workday for the Nordic markets.
- Act as the local point of contact for Workday-related projects such as module rollouts, audits, & system expansions.
- Collaborate with the Global People Technology team to provide Nordic-specific insights & ensure the successful implementation of global initiatives.
Process & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across the Nordics to ensure smooth daily operations & consistent HR processes.
- Support HR teams with ad-hoc system requests & operational challenges.
- Support local HR policy & process documentation.
Tools & Platform Maintenance
- Maintain & continuously improve the Nordic HR ticketing system in Jira.
- Ensure the Employee Data Page in Confluence is regularly updated & accurate.
- Coordinate & run employee engagement surveys across the Nordics.
Reporting & Analysis
- Create & manage HR reports for local stakeholders & senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy for audit & compliance processes related to HR systems.
Cross-functional & Global Support
- Represent the Nordics in global projects & system-related initiatives.
- Support various HR operational activities as needed across the region.
What youll bring
- Solid experience with Workday administration
- Proficient in Excel & data handling.
- Familiar with Jira & Confluence
- Good understanding of project coordination/management.
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Solution-oriented & enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues & building positive relationships.
- Tech-savvy & self-motivated to learn new tools & systems.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Able to prioritize tasks & stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an HR/People team is a plus.
