As a Sales Support Associate in our Gurgaon office, youll play a vital role in working closely with our Advertiser Sales Manager & contributing to our outbound lead generation efforts. You'll have great impact in expanding our client base, enhancing our sales pipeline, & fostering valuable relationships with potential clients. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a sales support or lead generation role
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication skills.
- Proactive & self-motivated with the ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational & time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
- Should be tech savvy in understanding the needs of the market & advertisers
- Should be able to browse the internet with fast pace & ability to find required information with efficiency
- Should have a natural urge in hunting for qualified leads
How youll make an impact:
- Outbound Lead Generation:
- Actively identify & target potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, & industry databases.
- Collaborate with the Advertiser Sales Manager to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Build a robust lead database to support our sales efforts.
- Prospecting & Outreach:
- Reach out to potential clients via email (Groove) & social platforms. Engage in initial conversations, introduce Taboola products/services, & qualify leads for further engagement.
- Lead Nurturing:
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged & informed about Taboola offerings.
- Provide information & resources to prospects to address their needs & concerns
- Reserve Calls with Sales Manager:
- Schedule & coordinate calls & meetings between potential clients & the Advertiser Sales Manager.
- Ensure that meetings are well-prepared, & all relevant information is shared.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of lead interactions & progress in Salesforce
- Regularly update lead statuses & provide reports on lead generation efforts.
