About the Position:
As a Senior Product Line Manager at Qumulo, youll be at the forefront of shaping our product portfolios vision, pricing, & strategy. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch & ongoing management of our Cloud Native & on-premises unstructured data platform. This role is perfect for someone who loves tackling challenges, optimizing product lifecycles, & driving growth in a vibrant start-up culture.
Responsibilities:
- Craft & implement dynamic strategies for our product line, focusing on pricing & packaging that resonate with the market & our business goals.
- Conduct deep market research & competitive analysis to refine our product positioning & uncover fresh growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, & sales teams to crystallize product requirements that truly meet customer needs & align with the latest market trends.
- Spearhead product launches, working across departments to develop engaging go-to-market strategies that maximize visibility & user adoption.
- Monitor product performance & gather customer feedback, ensuring we continuously adapt & enhance our offerings for top-notch satisfaction.
- Present product strategy updates to senior leadership, showcasing insights on pricing, packaging, & competitive positioning that drive results.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from idea inception to launch & beyond, ensuring we hit our ambitious goals every step of the way.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, & partners to foster innovation & collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including cloud or SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in developing pricing & packaging strategies, with a strong grasp of competitive landscapes.
- Solid experience in start-ups, showcasing your ability to excel in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Sharp analytical skillsusing data to steer decision-making & strategy is your forte.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of juggling multiple priorities & deadlines.
- A creative problem-solver who pays close attention to detail, fueled by a passion for product excellence.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience in B2B software markets or technology sectors is a plus.
- A solid understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
The annual pay range for the role is USD $159,000 - $239,000.
