HR Operational Effectiveness Director

Location: Hybrid (London or another major Taboola hub)

As the HR Operational Effectiveness Director on the People Team, youll play a critical role in scaling Taboolas talent infrastructure globally. Youll co-create, implement, & embed tools & frameworks that shape how we develop, retain, & grow top talent. From performance management to talent mobility, youll partner with leaders across the business to ensure Taboola is future-ready & talent-strong.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Organisational Development, with global scope & impact.
• Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, talent development, & organizational design.
• Experience leading complex change initiatives such as reorganizations, M&A, or workforce transformations.
• Strong business acumen & experience advising or partnering with senior leaders to drive results through talent strategy.
• Hands-on experience creating & scaling employee lifecycle frameworks across multiple functions or geographies.

Bonus points:

• Experience leading L&D, talent technology implementations, or internal mobility programs.
• Familiarity with DE&I integration into leadership & talent development strategies.

• Leading strategic HR programs across the talent lifecycleincluding organizational design, change management, & employee engagement.
• Partnering with HR Business Partners & leaders to embed talent tools & workforce planning into everyday decision-making.
• Coaching senior leaders on performance, growth, & transformation, with a clear focus on measurable business impact.
• Driving continuous improvement by auditing processes, identifying bottlenecks, & optimizing value across all HR delivery.
• Managing & partnering with the Director of L&D to deliver targeted development programs & leadership capability initiatives.
